Beginners/Improvers with less than 12 months’ experience of Tai Chi. Learning a Yang style short form initially, progressing to the Yang 24 and complemented with Health Qigong forms. Regular practice of Tai Chi and Qigong exercises promotes health and wellbeing, improving flexibility, coordination and relaxation.
