The National Trust houses of Derbyshire – Summer 2015

Hardwick Hall in DerbyshireIn Hardwick Hall, Sudbury Hall, Calke Abbey and Kedleston Hall, Derbyshire has four of England’s most fascinating country houses, providing a marvellous illustration of the development of architectural and artistic styles between the 16th and 19th centuries. The course, followed by Saturday visits to the houses (dates tbc), will provide an introduction for those unfamiliar with the houses and a fresh insight for previous visitors. No entrance fees payable.

Date – Tuesday 7:00pm – 8:30pm, 4 meetings plus 4 visits from 14 April 2015
