Day School: A history of Staffordshire pottery– Autumn 2015

Punch Bowl LACMA M.84.96A social history of the Staffordshire Potteries from early rural potteries to the present day looking at the rise of Industrialisation. We will look at figurines, commemorative wares and elaborate tea services and the context in which they were made. Please bring your own ceramic pieces and we will try to discover more about their history.
