Guilin Tai Chi on LakeThis beneficial way to exercise combines body movement and mental stimulation. It also helps posture and co-ordination. The gentle and slow movements energise the body without undue strain on joints and muscles. Practised regularly it will help to relieve stress and tension and increase a sense of wellbeing.
