Practising Tai Chi is a beneficial way to exercise by combining both body movement and mental stimulation. It also helps posture, balance and co-ordination. The gentle and slow movements energise the body without undue strain on joints and muscles. Exploring the many health benefits of Qigong will hep to relieve stress and tension and increase a sense of well being.
